Overview

Brackish water has moderate levels of dissolved minerals and salts. The presence of these impurities makes the water less desirable or unusable for many applications.
Hitachi Aqua-Tech's brackish water RO systems are designed with efficiency and ease of operation in mind. Our sysems produce water to meet the most demanding specifications and different capacities are available to suit specific requirements.
We also fabricate containerised BWRO Systems. Our systems are built into brand new 20- and 40-foot containers that meet international quality standards. They arrive at your facility ready to operate with pre- and post-treatment systems, pumps, piping and controls.
Our containerised water treatment systems offer reliability and robustness to meet the operational requirements of cogeneration plants, municipalities, the shipbuilding industry, electronic plants, resorts, and others.

Sea Water RO

Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO)


MAK Water’s Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) plants are designed to treat sea water, or high salinity ground water, with < 40,000 mg/L of dissolved solids (TDS) and < 30 mg/L of suspended solids (TSS), to achieve potable water quality. The standard treatment process involves pre filtration (auto backwashing multimedia filters and cartridge filters), anti-scalant dosing to prevent membrane scaling, RO desalination and auto flushing and CIP systems for membrane cleaning. Additional pre-RO and post-RO treatment steps may be added as required to suit feed water conditions and/or treated water quality requirements. The MAK SWRO plants are available as skid mounted or containerised systems.

Sewage Treatment​

A Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) requires less space than traditional wastewater treatment systems.

The technology uses polyethylene biofilm elements operating in an aerated wastewater regime. Each individual biofilm element has a high protected surface area to support the growth of heterotrophic and autotrophic bacteria.

This results in a highrate biodegradation within the system, which also results in process reliability and ease of operation.

The process is self-sustaining as the biofilm attaches to the element modulates of the incoming load fluctuation. The attached growth provides a more dense microbial population per unit volume (compared to suspended growth), resulting in compactness, lower power consumption, minimal maintenance and capacity enhancement.

Membrane BioReactor (MBR)

MBR system uses an advanced treatment technology that produces high quality reuse water at a competitive cost. It can be utilised on small and medium sized plants; ideal as a solution for customers looking to save space.
Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is a process that combines a membrane ultra / micro filtration process and activated sludge process. (The MBR process is used in place of the secondary sedimentation tank and sand filter used for tertiary treatment in the conventional activated sludge process.) Hitachi Aqua-Tech Membrane Sewage Treatment Plant provides features such as space saving, easy operation and high quality treated water which is reusable. SBR Plant

SBR Plant: Sequential Batch Reactor and upgraded version of conventional activated sludge system. As the name states itself, in this type of sewage water treatment technology, treatment is done in batches. A typical SBR Treatment Plant consists of several tanks linked in sequence and follows time-oriented batch process. In such system, processes such as equalization, aeration and sedimentation are done in timely manner, for this overall system is fitted with level sensors and timing device or microprocessor-based system.

GRP Tank

GRP water tank (also known as Fiberglass Reinforced Water Tank) is also called SMC storage water tank, FRP water storage tank, SMC panel tanks, FRP panel tank, GRP panel tank, GRP sectional water tank, GRP panel tank etc.
It consists mainly of fiberglass and resin called Sheet Molding Compound” -- a fiber-reinforced material that consists of a thermosetting resin glass fiber. It is hydraulically hot pressed into panels of varying sizes and thicknesses depending on the customer's needs. We provide regular grp sectional water tanks, such as 1m3 smc water tank. Normal grp water tanks panels is 1m*1m.
These panels are then used to assemble the panel water tank by connecting them to each other via the steel skeleton and rubber gaskets in between each panel.
